Lead the Front of House Experience
As a seasoned hospitality leader, we seek a skilled and charismatic individual to oversee the Front of House operations. This role requires a strong ability to drive service excellence and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create Memorable Guest Interactions: Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a seamless dining experience from start to finish.
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage waitlists, coordinate seating, and maintain efficient front-of-house workflows.
  • Develop and Inspire Teams: Motivate and support service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences, consistently meeting our high standards.
  • Address Challenges with Confidence: Professionally handle guest feedback, unexpected issues, or other challenges that may arise during shifts.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Assistant Managers to ensure smooth shift transitions and optimal team performance.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 Years of F&B Experience: With at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Detail-oriented and quick on your feet, able to navigate fast-paced environments with ease.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Connect effectively with both team members and guests, fostering open communication and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
