Job Overview

The ASCC Design & Delivery Supervisor is a critical role that contributes to the Centre's operational integrity.

This position plays a vital part in maintaining the Centre's high availability and performance of key regional security infrastructure.

As a subject matter expert, this individual aligns the Centre's technical infrastructure with evolving operational business needs while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Key responsibilities include incident response, delivery programmes, quality assurance, stakeholder relationships, and post-implementation activities.

The ASCC Design & Delivery Supervisor collaborates with the APAC Global Security team's Regional Security Heads and other key business partners.

They also maintain strong relationships with security system vendors and conduct post-project evaluations to ensure ASCC systems are updated correctly.

Additional responsibilities include assisting ASCC staff with systems training, documentation, and supporting SOPs.

Requirements for this position include industry recognised accreditation in Information Technology or related field, strong technical expertise in security systems, over five years of corporate security experience, and excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
