Role Summary

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to provide expert study abroad consulting services.
  • This includes understanding the background and needs of clients to design personalized study plans.
  • The consultant will also assist students in preparing and submitting applications and visa materials.
  • Maintaining client relationships, generating new leads, and meeting performance targets are additional key aspects of this position.
  • Supporting brand promotion and attending company events are also essential duties.
  • Effective communication with students and parents is crucial, particularly given the high proportion of clients from China.

Requirements

  • A diploma or higher qualification is required; overseas study or work experience is highly preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in a study abroad agency, preferably with knowledge of Singapore's international/public/private schools.
  • Strong sales and communication skills, along with a professional and responsible attitude, are essential.
  • The ability to research school information in English is also vital.
  • Additional desirable skills include proficiency in social media and adaptability.
  • Quick learning and the capacity to work under pressure are also critical attributes for success in this role.
