Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Export Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the export of goods via ocean freight.

Responsibilities:

  • Book cargo space with co-loaders, carriers, and shipping lines.
  • Prepare shipping documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List).
  • Coordinate with shippers, consignees, and third-party vendors (freight forwarders, customs brokers).
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.

Requirements:

  • GCE O Level or Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding company.
