Product Verification Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Verification Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of products before they reach our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for receiving, opening, and verifying the contents of perfume and cosmetic products to ensure they meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify product labels and packaging to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products are undamaged and in sellable condition.
  • Repack items neatly for delivery to retail stores, maintaining luxury presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the verification area.
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Secondary education (O Level or equivalent).
  • No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work with care on delicate/luxury products.
  • Able to lift 4-5kg occasionally.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
