Quality Control Specialist

Job Description:

The Decoding Team is responsible for accurate handling, labelling and preparation of perfumes and cosmetics before distribution to retail outlets. This includes decoding, quality checking, repacking and ensuring compliance with company standards.

This role involves receiving, opening and decoding perfume and cosmetic products as per procedures. It also includes removing and replacing labels, barcodes accurately. Conducting quality checks to ensure products are undamaged and in sellable condition is also a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, open and decode perfume and cosmetic products.
  • Remove and replace labels, barcodes accurately.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products are undamaged and in sellable condition.
  • Repack items neatly for delivery to retail stores.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Secondary education (O Level or equivalent).
  • No need experience/Training will be provided.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work with care on delicate/luxury products.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
  • Basic literacy in English (reading product labels, following instructions).
