The company's headquarters is located in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, with branches in Xiamen and Hong Kong. Its main business is the trade import and agency distribution of international beauty, personal care and health consumer goods. The overall sales scale is 1 billion yuan. All products are imported from overseas (mainly from Europe), delivered in Hong Kong, and are sold to B-end customers in China and overseas.
【What will you be doing】
● Formulate the development strategies, channel expansion strategies and procurement performance targets for the detailed categories of cosmetics under responsibility: perfume/skin care/makeup/hair care, implement the channel expansion plan and achieve the performance targets of the respective categories.
● Based on the departmental procurement performance indicators, rationally allocate and implement the performance targets, follow up and supervise the implementation process and results of the performance indicators, be responsible for the completion results of the performance indicators, and set KPI assessment.
● Analyze business data, propose suggestions for optimizing business strategies, and organize team reviews to achieve the phased goals of the group.
● Communicate and solve the problems existing in the department, and provide necessary business guidance and assistance to department members.
● Cooperate with the department manager to carry out group talent cultivation and departmental training, and achieve the construction of the company's talent echelon.
● Regularly travel on business and accompany visitors;
● Promote the implementation and execution of the company's vision, development philosophy and core values;
● Enhance team cohesion and arrange team-building activities and naked heart meetings;
● Enhance the team's ability to integrate resources;
【What We Require From You】
● Have more than 3 years of relevant working experience, covering fields such as cross-border supply chain procurement and sales, beauty products going global business, and foreign trade sales in the consumer goods industry. Those with industry resources will be given priority.
● Outgoing personality, with excellent sales skills, outstanding business negotiation ability, communication and resource integration capabilities.
-Salary system:Basic salary + performance bonus/commission + annual bonus,how much you want to get depends on your determination
