Regional Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our program management team, you will provide critical support to the regional director and team in managing a growing portfolio of grants, related processes, and workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, grants management, and coordination. They will be able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including partner NGOs, and have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to make a meaningful contribution to conservation efforts in Southeast Asia-Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective coordination and operational support to the regional director and team.
  • Support the development of funding project workplans.
  • Oversee the Monitoring, Evaluation, Adaptation and Learning (MEAL) approach to support program implementation.
  • Assist HR teams in the development of Terms of References and contract review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in program management and grants management.
  • Proven successful grants management skills, ideally with EU, US, and/or other bilateral donors.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
