
Enrolment Customer Service Representative

The Frontline Enrolment Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining exceptional customer service standards, handling administrative tasks efficiently and ensuring seamless operations.
This key position involves overseeing the collection of fees, verifying contracts and processing sales transactions for various programmes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for addressing customer enquiries, resolving issues and providing support at the frontline counter.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and provide support and assistance.
- Handle the collection of fees, verification of contracts and enrolment procedures for all entities.
- Process sales transactions for study materials and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond to phone enquiries, manage courier-related tasks and perform other administrative duties as assigned by the line manager.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma or 'A' Level qualification, or an 'O' level with at least 2 years of customer service experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service/front-line experience preferred.
You will bring:
- Strong customer service skills, including handling difficult customers and managing complaints effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for telephone and face-to-face interactions.
- In-depth knowledge of programme policies and processes.
- Proficient in multitasking and maintaining accuracy in administrative tasks.
- The ability to ensure professionalism and a positive customer experience.
This is a permanent full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 11am to 8pm and Saturday, 9am to 3pm (roster basis with extra allowance). On-site work arrangements apply, with the location based at Wilkie Edge.
