Job Title:

The Business Development Director is responsible for spearheading business growth and expansion in the IT sector.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.
  • Lead business development activities to identify and capitalize on opportunities, resulting in revenue and profitability growth.
  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with clients to propose tailored solutions that meet their needs and drive account growth.
  • Foster strong partnerships with key accounts, negotiating Master Services Agreements and preferred supplier status as necessary.
  • Manage RFI and RFP processes, developing comprehensive proposals and budget estimates while ensuring profitability.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or key account management.
  • Proven ability to manage a matrix structure to achieve results.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the capacity to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
