We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to lead and manage all aspects of human resources, including payroll administration, employee relations, talent acquisition, and benefits administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all aspects of human resources, including payroll administration, employee relations, talent acquisition, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage employee records, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and benefits enrollment.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
- Administer employee training programs, including new hire orientation and ongoing training and development.
- Manage employee communications, including company-wide announcements and departmental updates.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
