We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Bar Barista in the Lounge operations located at Changi Airport. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading airline and be part of a dynamic team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages to the highest standards, adhering to training and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar and service areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues with coffee machines or other equipment.
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed to maintain optimal levels.
  • Demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests and situations, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fully comply with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in hospitality, hotel, lounge, or food and beverage operations.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is necessary.
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset are crucial for success in this role.
