Barista Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Barista to join our team at Changi Airport. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to high standards and training.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any issues.
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Deliver orders promptly and demonstrate flexibility in responding to guest requests and situations.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
  • A minimum 1-year experience in Hospitality or F&B operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
