Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated team member to fill a key role in our retail operations. As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for handling various tasks that ensure the smooth running of our stores.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient and accurate cashiering duties, maintaining high standards of customer service.

  • Prepare ingredients and cook food according to established recipes and quality control guidelines.

  • Clean and maintain the workspace, including stocking shelves, monitoring expiry dates, and performing daily housekeeping tasks.

  • Assist in loading and unloading goods, maintaining organized storage systems, and managing inventory levels.

  • Provide prompt, helpful, and courteous service to customers at all times, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Able to carry a load of 10KG and climb ladders for stock replenishment, demonstrating physical ability and agility.

  • Ability to read and understand product labels, adhering to health and safety regulations.

  • Service-oriented and team player with excellent communication skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.

About the Role:
