As part of our dynamic team, you will lead cross-functional teams to develop and deploy highly usable and innovative products enhancing user experience and work efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy and Lifecycle Management
    • Own the roadmap for the endpoint infrastructure prioritizing features and creating a roadmap for future development ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and creation to launch maintenance and eventual retirement ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • User-Centric and Preferences
    • Analyze customer feedback identifying pain points for product development.
    • Redesign or simplify workflows minimizing errors and fatigue.
    • Ensure that products meet security requirements for both end-users and IT administrators.
  • Technical Execution
    • Drive the development of solutions with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Translate business needs into clear actionable functional requirements and technical specifications.
  • Incident Handling and Reporting
    • Ownership of all endpoints related problem tickets resolving issues collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams.
    • Perform stakeholder management ensuring management oversight of high priority issues.
    • Track key performance indicators KPIs analyze product metrics and provide insights to improve product performance and drive business decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with engineering and other stakeholders developing and launching solutions ensuring seamless execution and user experience.
    • Collaborate with various product teams planning testing prioritizing backlogs and aligning schedules for product releases.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager with relevant focus on Windows endpoint application roll-out group policies or IT Support and Administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate customer needs into technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of endpoint machines networking Windows OS or desktop support is required.
  • Understanding of Active Directory hardening or group policies is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and detail-oriented to manage multiple projects effectively.
