We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and growing team, contributing to the advancement of solar energy research and the development of innovative perovskite devices.

Responsibilities
  • Develop fabrication processes, material characterization, and reliability testing capabilities for perovskite devices
  • Test new halide perovskite compositions
  • Conceptualize and realize new device configurations with enhanced stability and reproducibility
  • Design and test perovskite devices in various sizes
  • Report writing and results presentation
  • Maintain research records for possible publication in peer-review journals and conference proceedings
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues, including postgraduate students, and external collaborators on short-term and long-term research projects
Requirements
  • PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, or related fields with expertise in materials, device physics, and processing
  • Prior experience in halide perovskites and large-area fabrication processes (slot-die coating) is highly desired
  • Expertise in materials and device characterization techniques
  • Strong time management, experiment design, and data analysis skills
  • Excellent English language skills for research purposes
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
