  • Fabrication and Characterization: Fabricate high-efficiency devices and characterize their performance using various techniques.
  • Analysis and Optimization: Critically analyze and optimize the design and degradation behavior of devices to improve their efficiency.
  • Publication and Patents: Produce publishable and patentable materials that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in your field.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor students in their research projects.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Materials Chemistry or Materials Science, good technical knowledge of organic synthesis and characterization techniques, and experience in device fabrication and characterization.
