We're looking for a talented Customer Support Associate to join our team in Singapore. This role is a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on Wise's mission to provide a great experience for our customers when using our product.

Your mission is to help customers achieve the best possible experience with our product, working across email, phone, and chat. You'll be flexible, working during business hours, but sometimes covering early morning and weekend shifts. You'll also have the opportunity to grow through mentoring and side projects with other teams, developing your skills and figuring out how to have a big impact on our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support across multiple channels
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex issues
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Mentoring and training junior team members
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Support role
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
