About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our pioneering team in bringing a new beach playground to life.

We are looking for a Co-ordinator, Operations Services (Attractions), who can provide a pleasant, safe and fun experience for all guests and visitors. The role involves handling ticketing and retail operations, as well as managing ad-hoc guests' and visitors' queries.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all guests have a wonderful time at our attractions.
  • Handle ticketing and retail operations efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Work closely with other departments to maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
