We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to optimize material flow processes across our manufacturing network.

As a Senior Industrial Engineer, you will design and implement efficient material flows from inbound to outbound across sites. You will conduct motion time studies, manpower optimization, and apply lean principles to eliminate non-value-added activities.

You will use statistical methods to determine staffing levels, production standards, and capacity models. Additionally, you will develop end-to-end material flow simulations across the supply chain to identify optimal flows and investment needs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing optimization
