Executive Director of Philanthropic Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Philanthropic Partnerships to lead our fundraising efforts.
About the RoleThis is a senior-level position that requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of securing major philanthropic gifts. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, particularly cancer care, and be able to leverage their expertise to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure major gifts from high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and foundations.
- Donor Engagement: Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective major donors, ensuring their philanthropic interests align with our mission.
- Grant Writing: Prepare compelling grant proposals and reports to demonstrate the impact of donations on our programs.
- Event Planning: Lead the planning and execution of key fundraising events, such as charity galas and donor appreciation events.
- Team Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event logistics and donor engagement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in fundraising, major gifts, or corporate partnerships, preferably within the healthcare or nonprofit sectors.
- Skills: Proven track record of successfully building and managing large-scale partnerships and securing major philanthropic gifts. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus bonuses and benefits.
