**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Market Data Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing actionable market insights through data analysis and supporting strategic decision-making at global, regional, or business unit levels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI and Snowflake. A Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience as a Market/Sales Data Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market sales data analyses using various data sources to deliver critical business insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in leadership reporting and decision-making processes
  • Interpret large datasets, identify trends, correlations, and insights that are pertinent to business strategies
  • Promote data-driven decision-making by proactively sharing analytical findings across the organization
  • Support operational analytics, including managing market definitions and integrating POS data
  • Design, update, and manage recurring and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to reflect key business metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Market/Sales Data Specialist
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power BI
  • Strong visual and project management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Multitasking and stakeholder coordination skills
