We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team at WGT Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facilities maintenance, including planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance services, schedules, and improvement works.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in facilities management, with a strong background in maintenance services, scheduling, and project management. A bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field is required, as well as proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules
  • Coordinate and execute maintenance services, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades
  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the facilities team
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Min 4 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
