Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Contract Specialist to join our regional team in Singapore. This role will be responsible for leading the legal team, advising business stakeholders on various matters, and providing support for major projects in the region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements for FEED and EPC projects.
  • Advise stakeholders on project bids, risks, and related matters.
  • Partner with project teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Manage contentious matters and coordinate with external counsel.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • LLB/LLM with 3-6 years PQE, admitted to a Commonwealth Bar (Singapore preferred).
  • In-house experience in EPC, utilities, power, or infrastructure, or prior law firm experience in construction/projects.
  • Exposure to project execution and dispute resolution preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior multinational exposure.
