Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kebab Master to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will specialize in cooking high-quality kebabs, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Indian cuisine and a proven track record of preparing delicious kebabs. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, take instructions from management, and propose new menu items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cook a variety of kebabs, starters, hot plate breads, and chapati.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
  • Ensure the prompt and speedy delivery of orders.
  • Store raw materials and ingredients appropriately.
  • Monitor kitchen performance and assist cooks as needed.

Requirements:

  • A strong culinary background with experience in restaurants.
  • Knowledge of recipes, ingredients, and food safety procedures.
  • Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
  • A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is an asset.
