Job Summary
GAIN EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the General Office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage the front desk, including greeting clients, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with data entry, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
- Min Secondary School education
- Pleasant personality
- Preferably with similar working experience in school environment
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Able to speak English, Malay and/or Mandarin
