We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the physical shipment process and customs compliance for imports and exports.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Staying up-to-date with changes in customs laws and regulations;
  • Conducting regular audits of shipping and customs procedures;
  • Performing tariff classification and ensuring correct customs documentation;
  • Submitting necessary import/export permits via TradeNet/Crimsonlogic and liaising with customs brokers;
  • Managing the application of Strategic Goods permits for dual-use products;
  • Cordinating with warehouse staff to manage the physical handling of goods;
  • Working closely with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations;

The ideal candidate will have a degree/diploma in Supply Chain or related field, strong communication and negotiation skills, data analytical skills, fluency in English and Mandarin, and proficiency in MS Office.
