Job Opportunity
We are seeking a travel sales professional to promote and sell travel packages, provide exceptional customer service, and help clients plan memorable trips.

This role requires a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales-oriented mindset. You will work with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, recommending customized itineraries that meet their expectations. 30% - 50% travelling is required.

You will be responsible for promoting and selling various travel packages, including destination tours, adventure packages, and holiday getaways. You will create and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to generate leads and sales opportunities. You will also provide product information, pricing, and travel details to clients. Customize travel itineraries to meet individual client needs and preferences.

You will offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving client issues. You will assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation. You will provide guidance and recommendations on travel destinations, accommodation, and activities.

You will stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and travel-related services. You will continuously expand your knowledge of travel products, accommodations, and attractions. You will share insights and travel tips with clients to enhance their travel experience.

You will meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports. You will handle booking and reservation processes, including airline tickets, hotel accommodations, and tour packages. Coordinate with suppliers, travel agencies, and partners to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.

The ideal candidate has experience in travel and tour sales or a related field. They possess strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for travel. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of visa requirements and travel documentation is a plus.
