**Position Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners to generate MICE-related sales opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MICE sector, including conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, and incentive travel programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize MICE travel packages and services to meet the specific needs and objectives of clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition of Dynasty Travel's MICE offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable business deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts using our CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred. Diploma graduates with experience will be considered.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel industry, with a focus on MICE-related services.
- Strong understanding of the MICE market dynamics, including industry trends, client needs, and competitor landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
