Job Title: Administrative Human Resources Manager



As a key team member, the Administrative Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing HR and administrative functions. The position involves coordinating meetings and corporate activities, ensuring seamless execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings and corporate events to guarantee successful execution.
  • Maintain office facilities to provide a comfortable and efficient work environment.
  • Manage payroll, CPF submission, IR21 tax clearance, and IR8A income tax reporting with precision.
  • Handle HR administration tasks such as P-filing, leave management, EP/SP/WP/LOC application, and staff exits.
  • Update staff handbooks, company SOPs, and other relevant documents to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee facility and asset management, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance.
  • Submit government-related surveys, statistics, and grants on time.
  • Support accounting functions, providing valuable assistance when needed.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.


Requirements:
  • Hold a Diploma in Human Resource Management with Accounting/Payroll background or equivalent.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Info-Tech Payroll Software is an advantage.
  • Have excellent skills in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
