Main Responsibilities:

  1. Optimize customer experience and venue capacity through effective table reservation management.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat patronage.
  3. Promote premium liquor sales by providing expert recommendations and upselling beverages.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and event teams to create engaging promotions and drive revenue growth.
  5. Enhance the guest experience by proactively engaging with customers and maintaining a lively atmosphere.
  6. Analyze customer preferences and trends to inform public relations strategies and maximize business opportunities.
  7. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service and event execution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in sales, public relations, or hospitality management, preferably in nightlife, F&B, or entertainment industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proactive approach to increasing revenue.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, nightlife or entertainment setting.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Passion for the entertainment industry and a deep understanding of customer engagement.
Compensation and Benefits

We provide a competitive basic salary and an attractive bonus structure.

Compensation Details: Enjoy a basic salary of up to $3,000 with a commission of up to $50,000 per month.
