Job Title: Maintenance Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee the planning and execution of maintenance activities for our theme park.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, developing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring safe and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise team members in the Ride & Show department
  • Develop and implement structured preventive maintenance programs for all equipment used for rides and shows
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and timely manner
  • Work together with attraction recovery teams on troubleshooting and recovery of ride and show equipment
  • Oversee the planning of spares and management of third-party vendors for selected outsourcing works
  • Knowledgeable of amusement ride safety regulations set by Building and Construction Authority (BCA)
  • Provide support to park operations by acting as a Duty Manager when needed

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in an engineering environment involving Electrical, Mechanical and/or Motion Controls systems
  • Proficiency in establishing and managing an effective reliability program is essential
  • Prior experience in supporting theme park technical operations is advantageous
  • Ability to perform shifts including weekends and public holidays
