Job Title: Assistant Manager, Front Office

At Far East Organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Front Office team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, ensuring seamless guest experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of service.
  • Monitor and control room inventory, ensuring maximum utilization and revenue generation.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues with tact and diplomacy, ensuring a positive outcome for both the guest and the hotel.
  • Authorize rate and room changes, paid outs, and cash advances, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in any field, preferably in Hospitality.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive results and motivate teams.
  • Knowledge of Opera System and ability to lead teams effectively.
