Restaurant Event Sales Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to drive sales for our restaurant's private dining, corporate events, and special occasions. As a Restaurant Event Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and securing bookings while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by developing and executing effective sales strategies, including marketing campaigns and promotional packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and increase revenue.
  • Coordinate with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of events and exceed client expectations.
  • Handle all event-related inquiries with professionalism, providing tailored proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, bookings, and client communications.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or events within the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Service-oriented mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with restaurant operations and management teams.
