Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned sales-driven professional to lead our business development efforts and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance market presence and expand customer base.
  • Design partnership strategies and business frameworks between us and other industry players.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential partners/clients, establish positive long-term relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Assess the performance of partnerships or corporate business through the implementation of business growth-related metrics.
  • Actively build and leverage professional networks to generate leads and identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor, analyze and partner closely with commercial and marketing teams on trends and data analytics to enhance business growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a business development, partnerships or corporate sales function.
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship building capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify potential opportunities and develop long-term growth plans.
  • Experience in managing key stakeholders and partner onboarding.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Possess a positive and entrepreneurial spirit with strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
