Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to lead our team in ensuring the highest standards of security operations.
  • The successful candidate will have proven experience in planning and monitoring deployments, as well as activating relief and allocating personnel to meet operational needs.
  • Key responsibilities include daily auditing and reporting on manpower status, tracking attendance records and security system performance.
  • Additionally, the role involves assisting in recruitment according to agency objectives, policies, and requirements.
  • Implementing and ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures is also a critical aspect of this position.
  • The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for timely receipt and reporting of attendance records and security system faults.
  • Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly documentation and reports is also an essential function of this role.
  • Training needs coordination and monitoring control room activities, reporting on anomalies and concerns is another key responsibility.
  • Conducting inspection checks to ensure officers perform to client satisfaction, documenting Violation Reports and Compliment Reports is also required.
  • Lastly, the Security Operations Manager will participate in security systems enhancement initiatives.
  • Standby duties may also be assigned as required.
