We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Staff member. In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.

  • Cashier duties: Provide warm welcomes, process transactions efficiently, handle cash and digital payments securely, and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Bar crew tasks: Prepare and serve drinks with consistency and flair, adhere to hygiene and safety standards when handling food and beverages, and keep the beverage preparation area tidy.
  • Hostess responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly, ensure timely seating, manage reservations and table allocations using the seating floor plan, and maintain a calm demeanor during busy periods.
  • Main station coordinator duties: Coordinate orders, work closely with kitchen, service, and delivery teams to ensure timeliness and accuracy, anticipate needs, solve issues proactively, and communicate clearly with team members.
