Senior Funding Policy Specialist

As a forward-thinking organization, we are seeking an exceptional individual to shape the future of workforce development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding strategic direction by formulating funding policies, evaluating budget requests, and securing manpower resources.
Key Responsibilities- Funding Policy Formulation: Develop and review funding policies that support initiatives and align with objectives.
- Budget Evaluation: Evaluate budget requests from programme partners and oversee allocation and management of financial resources.
- Manpower Establishment Planning: Secure and optimize manpower resources to implement programmes and operations.
- CET Grants Management: Lead management of CET grants and strengthen governance for grant management.
- Up to 6 years of relevant work experience in managing or reviewing funding policies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals/teams internally and externally.
- Effective written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Meticulous and systematic approach to work, ensuring accuracy in documentation and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in numerical calculation and statistical analysis.
