This specialist function is essential to enabling customer success and driving company growth aspirations. The mission of the AI team is to drive AI adoption and ensure customers realize value from their investment in our Advanced AI Agents.

To achieve this, we work closely with customers and colleagues to accelerate AI adoption and customer value realization. Our goal is to deliver a world-class customer experience that gets our customers to value as quickly as possible.

Job Responsibilities
  • Proactive customer health management through intentional, outcome-driven customer engagement.

  • To deliver on these objectives, AI Specialists will:
  • Be product experts and develop a comprehensive understanding of how our Advanced AI Agents can be used to create value for customer service teams and in CRM systems.
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience anchored on getting our customers to value as quickly as possible.
  • Drive, enable, and remove obstacles to adoption of our Advanced AI Agents.
  • Tirelessly advocate for the customer across the ecosystem.
  • Develop strong relationships with customer leaders at all levels of an organization.
