Job Title: Customer Service Associate

The role of a customer service associate is pivotal in delivering exceptional experiences for customers. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital part in creating an enjoyable shopping experience that fosters loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and professional service to walk-in customers, addressing their queries and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs, driving sales growth and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
  • Replenish and manage store inventory accurately, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Perform cashier duties with precision and handle transactions accurately, maintaining a high level of integrity.
  • Assist in shifting store displays and setting up visual merchandising, showcasing products effectively and creating an appealing store environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including housekeeping tasks, to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or ITE qualification, providing a solid foundation for future development.
  • No prior experience required (training will be provided), allowing individuals to grow and develop within the company.
  • Willingness to work on 3 rotating shifts, adapting to changing circumstances and demonstrating flexibility.
  • Able to work 5.5 days a week, including weekends and Public Holidays, requiring a balance between work and personal life.
  • Outgoing, well-groomed, and customer service-oriented, possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
