Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

A Key Player in the Retail Environment

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual to represent two premium active and performance brands at our flagship retail store. You will be the face of these brands, guiding athletes and fitness enthusiasts to gear up and fuel their passion.


This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about sports, understands the value of quality performance apparel, and thrives in a retail environment where personalized service and storytelling matter.


As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding in-store experience, understanding and communicating product features and benefits, handling sales transactions, and maintaining accurate POS records.


Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with an exceptional level of service.

• Develop a strong understanding of product features and technologies, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.

• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and provide feedback to the team on customer needs and product trends.

• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

• Support visual merchandising standards and maintain store cleanliness.

• Assist with in-store activations, events, and athlete visits when required.


Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales (sports/activewear preferred).

• Passion for sports, fitness, or the endurance community.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, reliability, and self-motivation.

• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and handling cash/card transactions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
