Key Role of an Account Specialist

The position involves working with clients to deliver exceptional service, identifying sales opportunities and providing solutions that meet their business objectives.

  • Contact new and existing clients via phone, chat and email to identify sales opportunities and offer tailored solutions.
  • Improve client experience by driving optimal product adoption and manage a portfolio of SMB clients to grow revenue.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for relevant products and become an expert on client advertising solutions.
  • Identify trends and provide innovative solutions to drive success stories for advertisers who have grown their business using our products.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, motivation to exceed expectations and excellent communication skills in English. Self-starters who can meet deadlines and thrive in a competitive inside sales environment are encouraged to apply.
