Job Scope:
1. Assisting clients in finding the perfect gift and apparel
2. Providing personal and friendly service to all customers
3. Discovering new products or experiences to give as gifts
4. Preparing quotations for customers
5. Liaising with vendors and designers on purchasing and printing
6. Coordinating orders to ensure timely printing
7. Liaising with customers on delivery schedules, customer inquiries, and feedback/testimonials
8. Posting social media updates about our company's products and services
9. Performing other administrative tasks assigned by the management, such as filling out forms and chasing deadlines
