Job Description:

Nurture young minds as a Lead Early Childhood Educator at our brain enrichment centre. You will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging, parent-accompanied classes for children aged 6 months to 6 years. Our team fosters a fun and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with lead teachers to design and implement class activities and classroom setup.
  • Develop and manage teaching materials, music, and smooth transitions to ensure an effective learning experience.
  • Provide a warm welcome to parents and encourage children's participation.
  • Support operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a passion for working with young children.
  • Possess fluency in Chinese for effective communication with parents/children.
  • We welcome career switchers or individuals returning to the workforce.
  • Prior childcare/early childhood experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A minimum O-Level/Diploma qualification is required.
