Lead Early Childhood Educator Position

The Lead Preschool Educator plays a pivotal role in shaping the learning environment for young children, fostering trust and respect through positive relationships.

He/She designs and implements developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula, leveraging innovative teaching practices to enhance children's learning experiences.

As an experienced professional, this educator guides junior staff members in refining their expertise and promotes a culture of collaboration and collegiality within the Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute curriculum plans and programs.
  • Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and partnerships.
  • Manage family and community engagement initiatives.
  • Provide routine caregiving services.
  • Enhance professional practice and contribute to the Centre's culture.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking skills, be adaptable to changing contexts, and demonstrate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this role.

This successful candidate will hold a L2 certification from the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
