Early Childhood Educator Job Opportunity

Are you passionate about shaping the educational experience of young minds? We seek a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and be able to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse needs. They will foster a positive classroom environment, encouraging respect, tolerance, and collaboration among students.

  • Crafting lesson plans that promote student engagement and meet diverse needs.
  • Developing comprehensive curriculum frameworks for inquiry-based learning and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presenting regular progress updates and reports to parents, ensuring they are informed about their child's education.
  • Leading by example, demonstrating excellent teaching practices and promoting a growth mindset among students.

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree in Early Childhood or Education from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant teaching experience in early childhood education.
  • IB PYP course training and knowledge of inquiry-based learning highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • International teaching experience, especially in Asia.
  • Teachers' Certificates, Diplomas, or other Teacher Accreditation courses and certification.
  • Knowledge of language support systems and strategies for supporting English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners.
