We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Inspire Healthcare Private Limited. This role will be responsible for assisting with the execution of marketing strategies, supporting day-to-day marketing operations, and helping to drive overall marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, digital, and print.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, creative teams, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Create and edit marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Help manage the content calendar and ensure all content aligns with the company's messaging and branding guidelines.
  • Maintain and update website content as needed.
Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze data to support marketing decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.
Event and Promotion Support
  • Plan and execute marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including invitations, materials, and follow-up communications.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing project files, and maintaining marketing calendars.
  • Track marketing budgets, invoices, and expenses.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales goals.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing support role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools, such as CRM systems and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary and Benefits
