We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Property Operations Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations within our property.
- Manage administrative tasks related to tenancy agreements, resident records, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with residents to resolve issues and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation is maintained for all residents, including lease agreements, rental collection particulars, and security deposits.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with residents.
