Highly Skilled Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing metal injection molding new product introduction (NPI) projects and ensuring timely project deliverables.
You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors/customers to drive product quality and process improvement. Additionally, you will participate in new project engineering reviews, customer service, and supplier management on technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage NPI projects from design to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
Requirements:
- A degree in Material Science, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on project management and yield improvement
- Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and 2D/3D design software
