We are seeking an experienced Global Operations Coordinator to support our Regional Groups within Consumer Insights. This role will be responsible for handling complex tasks such as organizing meetings, calendars, and travel for two Consumer Insights Directors. The position is based in Singapore and will involve working with colleagues in London and Amsterdam.

About the Role

  • Maintain complex calendars for two Director-level executives, scheduling internal and external meetings.
  • Support a diverse team across multiple time zones, coordinating work with colleagues in London and Amsterdam.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including hotels, cars, flights, and Visas, both domestically and internationally.
  • Execute special projects and ad-hoc requests, such as org charts, Google Group audits, and space planning.
  • Act as primary point of contact for EMEA offices and APAC offices space planning partners.
  • Serve as liaison for Directors, handling deliveries, visitor information, meeting support, and other tasks.
  • Collaborate with assistants across multiple departments and within Consumer Insights.
  • Assist with organizing team offsites and events.
  • Process expense reports.

What We Offer

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant working with high-level executives in international organizations.
  • Previous experience working across multiple global time zones.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Docs, and Google Groups.
  • Experience with Workday (nice to have).
  • Possession of a passion for entertainment and consumer insights is highly valued.
